Nous avons été bien accueillis par Romana. Elle nous a donné plusieurs conseils et idées d’activités. L’appartement était parfait pour 3 personnes et confortable. Nous avons adoré le balcon avec vue sur les montagnes. En prime, il y a un petit lac à proximité pour se baigner (10 minutes à pied). :).

Fijn verblijf gehad. Was op doorreis en 1 nacht geboekt. Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding en ook ontbijt inbegrepen. Perfecte locatie, veel mogelijkheden in de nabije omgeving. Aanrader. 

Immer wieder gerne!! Konnte auch eine Stunde früher schon in das Zimmer und das Frühstück war genau richtig!! Vielen lieben dank. Macht weiter so und lasst euch von den großen Hotels nicht vertreiben. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen und komme gern wieder!! Gute Zeit wünsch ich euch.

Thank you, Romana, for being an exceptional and kind host for our trip through Austria. The accommodation was just as expected and more, thanks to the host with lovely, relaxing views and little lake surprise :). Communication, booking and check-in super easy and smooth. I can only recommend it for future guests 5☆. 

Romana‘s place is located in a beautiful small town, close to a good grocery store, several restaurants and many tourist attractions. Romana offered many good suggestions of things to do in the surrounding area. The place was sparkling clean and we loved all the beautiful flowers in the window boxes and yard. We slept well and enjoyed the breakfasts. We hope to return again sometime! Thank you for your hospitality. We had a wonderful time

Romana è stata molto cortese a darci il necessario per la nostra piccola bimba. Il soggiorno è piacevole e nelle vicinanze delle Tauern Spa a Kaprun. Grazie mille, anche dalla piccola Sofia!!!!!

Just what you want when you think of a charming, homey Austrian B&B. Ample parking, right off the main road, peaceful and quiet, a 20 min drive into Zell Am See / Kaprun and less than 1 hour for Saalbach/Hinterglemm. Cannot beat this price for the space, clean bathroom, coziness, and great breakfast. Romana was so helpful with local recommendations, and as I was not feeling great was really accommodating and giving me a thermo bottle with hot water. Very appreciated. Such a lovely family run B&B and 100% will stay again if I am skiing in the area. 

Romana was great to chat with and had lots of tips on things to see and do in the area. She was very responsive and kind! Breakfast was included which was great as well, room was clean and very spacious. Would definitely recommend to stay here 🙂 

Ich bin außerordentlich zufrieden mit der sehr schönen Pension von Romana. Die Kommunikation war mehr als perfekt und unkompliziert. Auch auf meine Bitte, etwas später anzureisen wurde eingegangen - was aber definitiv keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist und auch nicht als solche gesehen werden darf. Liebend gerne komme ich wieder, da meine Unterkunft äußerst sauber und vollkommen ruhig war, obwohl mein Zimmer straßenseitig gelegen ist. Ich freue mich auf ein Wiedersehen bei nächster Möglichkeit.

This place is heaven on earth, it’s picturesque, historical, peaceful and more. Ideal for the solo traveler, couples or families as there is plenty of things to do! Thanks for your hospitality and great service. I am recommending this place to all my friends

Zeer vriendelijke, gastvrije hartelijke ontvangst en communicatie. Heerlijk ontbijt. Fijne kamer met balkon met geweldig uitzicht over bergen en gletsjers. We hebben genoten. Mooi meer met geweldig Italiaans restaurant met groot terras op 10 min lopen van het hotel. Niedernsill heeft zijn authenticiteit behouden met dito waarden en normen. Geweldig. Zeker een aanrader.
